  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
     

Once processed, the order is handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

SportsJump delivers across most locations in India.
Availability of delivery to a specific location depends on courier partner serviceability.

If delivery is not possible to your pin code, you will be informed at the time of checkout.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned during checkout.
     

  • Any additional charges depend on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
     

SportsJump reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select products and locations only.
COD availability depends on courier partner policies and your delivery pin code.

You can check COD eligibility during checkout.

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation message
     

  • A tracking ID will be shared
     

  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking details
     

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeline, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the delivery update. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

 

Returns and Reverse Pickup

For eligible returns:

  • Return instructions will be provided through our Returns & Exchange Policy
     

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location
     

  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
