Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
     

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can follow the returns process once the item is delivered.
     

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
     

 

Returns & Refunds

3. Return Condition Requirements

To be accepted for return, the product must:

  • Be securely packed in its original box or packaging

  • Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to return
     

  • Choose “Return / Exchange” and select the reason for return
     

  • Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request
     

Once your return request is submitted, we will review it and inform you of the next steps.

 

5. Return Pickup or Drop-off

For approved returns:

  • We may arrange reverse pickup from your address
     

  • In some cases, you may be instructed to drop the item at a nearby courier location
     

  • Return pickup or drop-off options may vary based on location and product category
     

 

6. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
     

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for eligible products if:

  • The same product is available in the correct variant (size, colour, etc.)
     

To request an exchange:

  • Raise an exchange request from the “My Orders” section
     

  • Select the correct variant you want to receive
     

  • Follow the on-screen steps to complete the request
     

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

Replacement for Defective Products

If your product is defective or damaged:

Return Denial
